CALL TO ORDER Chairman Bugg called the meeting to order at 3:08 PM ROLL CALL Present: 5 - Chairperson Edward Bugg, Vice Chair Ron Woerman, Alderman Bill Donnell, Alderman Carl Franco and Alderman Emmanuel Llamas APPROVAL OF MINUTES 22-1023 Approval of the minutes for the Rules, Administration and Procedure Committee meeting held on December 6, 2022 . A motion was made by Alderman Franco, seconded by Vice Chair Woerman, that this agenda item be accepted and filed. The motion carried. Alex Voigt, Mayor's Office; Marissa Spencer, Legal Department A motion was made by Alderman Franco, seconded by Vice Chair Woerman, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried. Ayes: 5 22-1049 An Ordinance Amending Chapter 2 of the Code of Ordinances Pertaining to the City's Officers and Departments. Alex Voigt, Mayor's Office A motion was made by Alderman Franco, seconded by Vice Chair Woerman, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried. Ayes: 5 22-1025 A Resolution approving the appointment of Craig Gunty and reappointment of Ramona Wood to the Civil Service Commission . Ayes: 5 22-1044 A Resolution to Enter into a Facility Use Agreement with School District 129. Marissa Spencer, Legal Department This Resolution was discussed CLOSED SESSION ADJOURNMENT A motion was made by Alderman Franco, seconded by Vice Chair Woerman, that this meeting be adjourned. The motion carried. Chairman Bugg adjourned the meeting at 3:34 PM.
