CALL TO ORDER Chairperson Bugg called the meeting to order at 2:39 p.m. ROLL CALL Alderman Franco arrived at 2:43 p.m. Present: 4 - Chairperson Edward Bugg, Vice Chair Ron Woerman, Alderman Bill Donnell and Alderman Carl Franco Absent: 1 - Alderman Emmanuel Llamas PUBLIC COMMENT Public Speakers commented on Item 23-0154: Carlos Martinez, Edward Silva, Raul Sanchez, Fernando Martinez, Leo Ortega, Gustavo Salmeron, David Cannon and Stu Peterson. AGENDA 23-0154 Update on proposed changes to Chapter 25, Article XII "Mobile Food Unit Vendors". Alex Voigt and Guillermo Trujillo, Mayor's Office - City of Aurora, presented and answered questions regarding this item. The motion carried.
