ROLL CALL Present: 5 - Chairperson Edward Bugg, Vice Chair Ron Woerman, Alderman Bill Donnell, Alderman Carl Franco and Alderman Emmanuel Llamas APPROVAL OF MINUTES 23-0195 Approval of the minutes from the Rules, Administration and Procedure Committee meeting held on February 21, 2023 . A motion was made by Alderman Franco, seconded by Alderman Donnell, that this agenda item be accepted and filed. The motion carried. Alex Voigt, Mayor's Office; Deb Lang, Legal Department; Guillermo Trujillo, Mayor's Office A motion was made by Alderman Franco, seconded by Alderman Llamas, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried. Ayes: 5 23-0186 A Resolution approving the appointment of Curtis Wilson to the African American Heritage Advisory Board . Alex Voigt, Mayor's Office A motion was made by Alderman Llamas, seconded by Vice Chair Woerman, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried. Ayes: 5 23-0194 A Resolution approving the appointment of Judy Durham to the Civilian Review Board. Alex Voigt, Mayor's Office A motion was made by Alderman Franco, seconded by Alderman Donnell, that this agenda item be held. The motion carried.
