ROLL CALL Present: 5 - Chairperson Ron Woerman, Vice Chair Emmanuel Llamas, Alderman Edward Bugg, Alderman Carl Franco and Alderwoman Patty Smith APPROVAL OF MINUTES 23-0400 Approval of the minutes for the Rules, Administration and Procedure Committee meeting held on May 16, 2023 . A motion was made by Alderwoman Smith, seconded by Alderman Franco, that this agenda item be accepted and filed. The motion carried. Ayes: 5 23-0366 A Resolution to create the Ward 2 Residential Property Improvement Grant to support Ward 2 residents who want to improve their driveways and fences. Alderwoman Juany Garza, Ward 2 A motion was made by Vice Chair Llamas, seconded by Alderman Franco, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried. Ayes: 5 23-0415 A Resolution approving the reappointments of Sarah Ramos and Lillian Feinberg as well as the appointment of Kevin Martinez to the Aurora Youth Council. Ayes: 5 23-0421 A Resolution approving the reappointments of Marc Straits, Fawn Clarke Peterson, and Natasha Ritsma as well as the appointment of Ginger Ingram to the Public Art Commission.
