CALL TO ORDER
Chairman Woerman called the meeting to order at 3:00 PM
A motion was made by Alderwoman Smith and seconded by Alderman Franco
to allow Vice Chair Emmanuel Llamas, to participate in this meeting remotely
per section 2-80. The motion carried by voice vote 4 - 0 and Vice Chair Llamas
was allowed to participate in the meeting remotely via audio conference.

23-0998 Approval of the minutes from the Rules, Administration and Procedure
Committee meeting held on December 5, 2023 .
A motion was made by Alderwoman Smith, seconded by Alderman Bugg, that
this agenda item be accepted and filed. The motion carried.
