CALL TO ORDER
Chairperson Woerman called the meeting to order at 3:00 p.m.

APPROVAL OF MINUTES
25-0071 Approval of the minutes from Rules, Administration, and Procedure
Committee meeting held on January 21, 2025 .
A motion was made by Alderwoman Smith, seconded by Alderman Barreiro,
that this agenda item be accepted and filed. The motion carried.

25-0141 An Ordinance amending Sec. 2-185 of the Code of Ordinances with
respect to the obligations of members of the City's Boards and
Commissions.
Alex Voigt, Deputy Chief of Staff - Mayor's Office presented and answered questions
regarding this item.
A motion was made by Alderwoman Smith, seconded by Vice Chair Franco,
that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried.

25-0137 A Resolution appointing Brad Banks to the "Sister Cities Commission"
(SCC).
Alex Voigt, Deputy Chief of Staff - Mayor's Office presented and answered questions
regarding this item.

that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried.

25-0157 A Resolution approving the appointment of Gretchen Timm to the
Aurora Area Convention and Visitors Bureau Board (AACVB).

regarding this item.
A motion was made by Alderwoman Smith, seconded by Alderman Bugg, that
this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried.

25-0144 Boards and Commissions Report .
This Reports/Studies was (INFORMATION ONLY)
25-0135 Recommended changes to the Aldermen's Office Mileage
Reimbursement Policy.
Rich Jacobs, Chief of Staff - Alderman's Office and Chris Minick, Chief Financial
Officer presented and answered questions regarding this item.
A motion was made by Alderwoman Smith, seconded by Vice Chair Franco,
that this agenda item be recommended for approval as amended. The motion
carried.
The RAP committee moved forward with Policy Two with a start date of April 1,
2025 for monthly reimbursements submissions after the first quarter
(January-March 31, 2025).

Alderman Bugg presented and answered questions regarding this item.
A motion was made by Alderwoman Smith, seconded by Alderman Barreiro,
that this agenda item be approved. The motion carried.

A motion was made by Vice Chair Franco, seconded by Alderman Bugg, that
this meeting be adjourned. The motion carried. Chairperson Woerman
adjourned the meeting at 4:15 p.m.
