CALL TO ORDER Chairperson Bugg called the meeting to order at 3:00 p.m. A motion was made by Alderwoman White and seconded by Alderman Banuelos to allow Alderwoman Baid to participate in this meeting remotely. The motion carried by voice vote and Alderwoman Baid participated in this meeting remotely. ROLL CALL Present: 5 - Chairperson Edward Bugg, Vice Chair Dan Barreiro, Alderman Javier Bañuelos, Alderwoman Shweta Baid and Alderman-At-Large Will White APPROVAL OF MINUTES 25-0521 Approval of the minutes from Rules, Administration, and Procedure Committee meeting held on June 17, 2025 . A motion was made by Alderman-At-Large White, seconded by Alderman Bañuelos, that this agenda item be accepted and filed. The motion carried. Alderwoman Garza and Deb Lang, Assistant Corporation Counsel presented and answered questions regarding this item. A motion was made by Alderwoman Baid, seconded by Alderman-At-Large White, that this agenda item be approved. The motion carried. Ayes: 5 CLOSED SESSION ADJOURNMENT A motion was made by Alderwoman Baid, seconded by Alderman-At-Large White, that this meeting be adjourned. The motion carried.
