CALL TO ORDER Chairperson Bugg called the meeting to order at 3:01 p.m. ROLL CALL Present: 5 - Chairperson Edward Bugg, Vice Chair Dan Barreiro, Alderman Javier Bañuelos, Alderwoman Shweta Baid and Alderman-At-Large Will White APPROVAL OF MINUTES 25-0548 Approval of the minutes from Rules, Administration, and Procedure Committee meeting held on July 1, 2025 . A motion was made by Vice Chair Barreiro, seconded by Alderman-At-Large White, that this agenda item be accepted and filed. The motion carried. Ayes: 5 PUBLIC COMMENT AGENDA RULES, ADMINISTRATION AND PROCEDURES RESOLUTIONS City of Aurora Page 1 Rules, Administration, and Meeting Minutes - Final July 15, 2025 Procedure 25-0572 A Resolution authorizing the Ward 1 Residential and Nonprofit Grant Program. Alderman Barreiro presented and answered questions regarding this item. A motion was made by Alderwoman Baid, seconded by Alderman Bañuelos, that this agenda item be approved. The motion carried. Ayes: 5 CLOSED SESSION ADJOURNMENT A motion was made by Alderwoman Baid, seconded by Alderman-At-Large White, that this meeting be adjourned. The motion carried.
