CALL TO ORDER AND DETERMINATION OF QUORUM 2. CLOSED SESSION a. The City Council will adjourn into closed session pursuant to section 19.85(1)(c) to consider the employment status of a public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility and section 19.85(1)(e), Wis. Stats. for the purpose of deliberating or negotiating the purchasing of public properties, the investing of public funds, or conducting other specified public business, whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session, namely to conduct interviews of candidates for the position of City Manager. The Council will not return into Open Session. 3.
