PUBLIC NOTICE & AGENDA BELOIT POLICE & FIRE COMMISSION City Hall Forum - 100 State Street, Beloit, WI 53511 4:30 PM Monday, April 27, 2026 1. CALL TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL 2. MINUTES 2.a. Approval of the minutes from the March 23, 2026 regular meeting Attachment 3. PUBLIC COMMENTS 4. REPORTS 4.a. Fire Department Report (personnel staffing/events, community programs/events, operational issues or items of interest, training update) Attachment 4.b. Police Department Report (personnel staffing/events, community programs/events, operational issues or items of interest, training update) Attachment 5. COMMISSIONER COMMENTS 5.a. Commissioner Nailah Adama wishes to formally recognize and thank the members of the Police and Fire Commission for their service and partnership. As this is her final meeting serving on the Commission, she would like to offer brief remarks regarding her tenure and the work of the body. 5.b. President Dorothy Harrell requests a brief overview of Interim Chief Farley's discussion at the Society for Learning Unlimited presentation at the Beloit Public Library. 6. BUSINESS ITEMS 7. CLOSED SESSION The Commission may adjourn into Closed Session pursuant to §19.85(1)(c), Wis. Stats. for the purpose of considering employment, promotion, compensation, or performance evaluation of any public employee over whom the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility, more specifically, to discuss the following matters. The Commission will reconvene into Open Session for possible action regarding the matters discussed in closed session. 7.a.
