Section II Item 15 from the City Council Resolution Agenda: Resolution Authorizing an Increase to the IDIQ Contract with Milestone and a Budget Adjustment Resolution authorizing an increase in the Milestone IDIQ contract for Sidewalks and Other Concrete Work in the amount of $550,000.00. A budget adjustment is needed. 2. Section II Item 16 from the City Council Resolution Agenda: Resolution to Award Bid to Sandridge Construction of Phase 2 of McCollum Sidepath Project A Resolution authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to enter into an agreement with Sandridge Construction, in the amount of $741,058.00, for construction of Phase 2 of the McCollum Sidepath project. A budget adjustment is needed to allocate budgeted funds. 3. Section II Item 17 from the City Council Resolution Agenda: Resolution Accepting a Grant Award from the Walton Family Foundation for John Deshields Blvd Crosswalks A Resolution authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to accept a grant from the Walton Family Foundation, in the amount of $30,000.00, for pedestrian  infrastructure improvements on John Deshields Blvd and Memorial Park. A budget adjustment is needed. 4. Section II Item 18 from the City Council Resolution Agenda: Resolution Accepting a Contribution from Runway for Pedestrian Infrastructure A Resolution accepting a contribution from Runway, in the amount of $30,000.00, for pedestrian infrastructure improvements on John Deshields Blvd and Memorial Park. A budget adjustment is needed. 5. Section II Item 19 from the City Council Resolution Agenda: Resolution Authorizing a Closeout of a Walton Family Foundation Grant A Resolution authorizing the repayment of unused grant funds, to the Walton Family Foundation, in the amount of $100,000.00. A budget adjustment is needed.
