A PUBLIC HEARING WILL BE HELD ON TUESDAY, JULY 21ST, 2026 AT 4:30 P.M. TO GRANT A VARIANCE FOR ZACHARY MULHOLLAND. A MEETING OF THE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS WILL BE HELD ON TUESDAY, JULY 21ST, 2026 FOLLOWING THE PUBLIC HEARING AT CITY HALL 1. Call the meeting to order. 2. Hear all evidence for and against the proposed variance. 3. Close the public hearing. 4. Call the Zoning Board of Appeals meeting to order. 5. Roll Call: Matt Meinen, Barb Boetcher, Tami Baribeau, Carol Rubenzer, Dick Hofmann and Brian Yohnk Alternates: Jared Zwiefelhofer 6. Approval of the minutes from the previous meeting (05/12/2026). 7. Zachary Mulholland, 2110 W. 26th Ave., has requested a variance to build a 6-foot privacy fence on the street yard of property. The ordinance states that a fence less than or equal to 4 feet in height is permitted in the street yard setback area. He’s asking for a 2 foot variance. 8. Meeting to be adjourned.
