All license creations, amendments or transfers are contingent upon compliance with all
building, health and safety codes.
A. Public Hearing and Action on an Application from West Side Liquors, Inc., d/b/a
Yankee Doodle, located at 1407 Morrissey Dr., Requesting Approval of a
Change in Ownership for their Class TAS (Tavern, All Types of Alcohol, and
Sunday Sales) Liquor License. (Recommended Motion: The Public Hearing
proceeds to determine whether the Application meets liquor licensure requirements.)
B. Public Hearing and Action on an Application from BillHill, Inc., d/b/a Maguires,
located at 220 N. Center St., Requesting Approval of a Change in Ownership for
their Class TAS (Tavern, All Types of Alcohol, and Sunday Sales) Liquor
License. (Recommended Motion: The Public Hearing proceeds to determine whether
the Application meets liquor licensure requirements.)
C. Public Hearing and Action on an Application from House of Yolk of West
Bloomington, Inc., d/b/a House of Yolk Breakfast Restaurant, located at 2115 W.
Market St., Requesting Approval of a Class RAS (Restaurant, All Types of
Alcohol, and Sunday Sales) Liquor License. (Recommended Motion: The Public
Hearing proceeds to determine whether the Application meets liquor licensure
requirements.)
D. First Appearance on a Citation Issued to ARV Cuisine, LLC, d/b/a Bloom
Bawarchi 2.0, located at 503 N. Prospect Rd., for Violation of Chapter 6, Section
26(a) of the Bloomington City Code Prohibiting Sale of Alcohol to Persons
Under 21 Years of Age. (Recommended Motion: N/A)
