Call to Order/Roll Call Chair Subjack called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. Members Present: Chair Subjack, Vice Chair Whitehead, Member Hammond, Member James, Member Moreno Alternates Present: Member Gonzales, Member McMurray Absent: Member Morris, Member Holguin Staff Present: Water Resources Director Terry Lowe, Water Resources Deputy Director Eddie Solis, Water Resources Admin. & Project Manager Jaymie Parker, Administrative Assistant II Lianna Lewis, Administrative Assistant I Macey Haddorff, 2. Approval of Minutes from the July 31, 2025 “2025 Citizen Water and Wastewater Rate Committee” Meeting A motion was made by Vice Chair Whitehead and seconded by Member Hammond to approve the minutes as presented. Approval 5-0. Motion carried. 3. New Business 3.A Public Outreach Plan Staff Liaison: Terry Lowe, Water Resources Director A motion was made by Member Hammond and seconded by Vice Chair Whitehead to approve the Public Outreach Plan as presented. Approval 5-0. Motion carried. 3.B Wastewater Utility Deep Dive Presentation Staff Liaison: Terry Lowe, Water Resources Director Mr. Lowe gave an overview of the presentation and introduced the department’s new Strategic Plan. The Wastewater Utility Deep Dive began with facts on the utility’s assets, staffing, makeup of the utility’s Business Units (Treatment, Collections, and Maintenance), as well as The Flow of Water for the utility. General discussion was held regarding the use of effluent and how recharge works 4. Comments from the Public – None. 5. Adjournment There being no further business to discuss, Chair Subjack adjourned the meeting at 7:10 p.m. james subjack James P.
