APPROVED Staff Liaison: Lucinda Aja, City Clerk *4.B Council to take action on Resolution No. 46-26 enlarging the City of Buckeye Street Lighting Improvement District No. SLID-2023-005; and ordering the recording and filing of this Resolution. APPROVED Staff Liaison: Ron Moll, City Engineer *4.C Council to take action on Change Order No. 1 to the Job Order Contract Delivery Order No. 2 (Contract No. 2025088) between the City of Buckeye, an Arizona municipal corporation, and HITT Contracting Inc., a Virginia corporation, related to the construction services for Capital Improvement Program (CIP) Project No. 109290 Gateway Enhancement Program - Miller/Watson; and authorize the City Manager to execute and deliver said Change Order on behalf of the City of Buckeye. Truth-in-Taxation Primary Property Tax Levy Public Hearing / Non-Consent 5.A Council to hold a public hearing and take action (roll call vote) on the Truth-in-Taxation (TNT) Primary Property Tax Levy for fiscal year 2027 equal to $18,208,644. CONVENED 6.B Council to hold a public hearing and take action on Resolution No. 53-26 adopting a final budget; setting forth the receipts and expenditures and the amounts proposed to be raised by direct property taxation for the various purposes for the fiscal year 2027.
