AGENDA Notice is hereby given pursuant to Texas Government Code, Chapter 551, that of a meeting of the Tax Increment Financing (TIF) Zone Board will conduct a Regular meeting open to the public to be held on Thursday, July 23, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. at the City Hall-Council Chambers, 501 Sheppard Road, Burkburnett, Texas, to consider the following agenda items. The Board of Commissioners may discuss and take action on any item on this agenda. RIGHT TO ENTER INTO EXECUTIVE SESSION If during the course of the meeting and discussion of any items covered by this notice, the TIF Board determines that a Closed or Executive Session is required, then such closed meeting will be held as authorized by the Texas Government Code Sections 551.071 (Consultation with Attorney), 551.072 (Deliberations about Real Property), 551.073 (Deliberations about Gifts and Donations), 551.074 (Personnel Matters), 551.076 (Deliberations about Security Devices, Personnel or Audit) and 551.087 (Economic Development), and 551.089 (Deliberations regarding security devices or security audits, critical infrastructure, information resources technology). PUBLIC COMMENTS ON AGENDA ITEMS All persons desiring to address a specific agenda item must submit a "Public Comments" form to the City Clerk, before the reading of the agenda item. Comments will be limited to three (3) minutes with a maximum of a two (2) minute extension following approval by a majority of the Board Members. ITEM 1. Please fill out a "Public Comments" form and submit the form before noon to the City Clerk. Public comments are limited to five (5) minutes with a possible two (2) minute extension following the approval by a majority vote of the Board. The Chair may adjust time limits to accommodate more or fewer speakers. Unless the item is specifically noted on this agenda, the Board is required under the Texas Open Meetings Act to limit its response to a statement of specific factual information or reciting the City's existing policy on that issue. ITEM 5. CONSENT AGENDA Approval of the Minutes from January 22, 2026, Regular Meeting Approval of TIF Financials ITEM 6. Discuss and take any action necessary regarding a request for Tax Increment Financing (TIF) Funds by Paula Smith with Burkburnett Historical Society, regarding the property located at I 04 W 3rd Street. ITEM 7. Discuss and take any action necessary regarding the reallocation of previously approved budgeted project funds to new projects. A. Sewer and water infrastructure project approved 02.14.2025 - $350,000.00 budget ITEM 8. DIRECTORS' COMMENTS ITEM 9. BOARD MEMBERS' COMMENTS Pursuant to Government Code Section 551.0415, Board Members may make a report about items of Community interest during a meeting of the governing body without having given notice of the report.
