CALL TO ORDER AND AGENDA: City Council President Tracy called the meeting to order at 8:18 PM. MOTION by Councilor Carpenter, SECOND by Councilor Magee, to adopt the agenda. VOTING: unanimous; motion carries. 2. CONSENT AGENDA: 2.01 Motion to adopt the consent agenda and take the actions as indicated 2.02 Communication: C/T Office, re: Notice City of Burlington Full Board of Abatement of Taxes – waive the reading, accept the communication, and place it on file. 2.03 Request for Abatement of Taxes: William B. Spencer III, 108 Buell Street, 045-2-117-000 - deny the abatement request of penalties and interest totaling $256.35 and adopt the findings and reasons for this recommendation. MOTION by Councilor Mason, SECOND by Councilor Carpenter, to adopt the consent agenda and take the actions as indicated for items 2.01-2.03. VOTING: unanimous; motion carries. 3. ADJOURNMENT: 3.01 Motion to adjourn MOTION by Councilor Carpenter, SECOND by Councilor Magee, to adjourn the meeting.
