Deliberative Agenda Department Public Works Department Type Action Recommended Action to approve and recommend that the City Council approve and authorize the Mayor, or assigned designee, to sign the maintenance agreement with the State of Vermont and the City of South Burlington, subject to the prior review and approval of the City Attorney’s Office 4.2. Deliberative Agenda Department Council and Board Type Action Ordinance - Second Reading Recommended Action to approve and recommend that the City Council waive the second reading and adopt the ordinance as amended by the Ordinance Committee 4.3. Ordinance: Gross Receipts BCO Sec. 21-31 (Board of Finance, Ordinance Committee) CAO Schad became Chair regarding this agenda item. Councilor Bergman gave an overview. Motion made by Mayor Mulvaney-Stanak, seconded by City Council President Traverse, to move the administration amendment revised version regarding this agenda item. Motion passed unanimously. 5.
