Absent: Ricky Martin, Kathleen Ryan (alternate). Staff present: Scott Gustin Guests: John Caulo, Kevin Worden, Chris Huston, Amy Houghton, Jeff Hodgson, Andy Ruff, Jeff __, Marcella Yee, Andrew Foley, Sharon Bushor, Charles Dillard, Gummi Jonsson Agenda Session I – 3:00 PM – 3:30 PM ZP-26-18; 125 Lakeside Avenue (E-LM, Ward 5) Ride Your Bike, LLC / Andrew Foley Proposed construction of a multi-unit residential structure with related site infrastructure improvements. (Project Manager, Scott Gustin) Motion by Emily Morse: I move we recommend approval and forward to the DRB as per staff comments. 2nd: Gabe Stadecker Vote 5-0 Motion carries.
