BURLINGTON HOUSING BOARD OF REVIEW Monday, September 22, 2025 6:30 p.m. ** REMOTE and IN PERSON** 645 Pine Street, Front Conference Room OR Remotely via Zoom https://zoom.us/j/92971844750 Minutes Board Members present: Betsy McGavisk, Lisa Gerlach, Olivia Taylor (remote), and Joshua Wronski (remote) Staff present: Erik Ramakrishnan, Shay Brunvand Meeting called to order at 06:34 PM 1. Ike Bendavid (tenant); Burchfield Management Company, LLC (landlord) re: 166 Battery Street Apt. 2 Present were David Shlansky, Ashley Allen, Marvin Martinez, Ike Bendavid, Jackie Bendavid, and Ed Adrian. Parties were sworn in. Both parties presented their evidence and testimony. The hearing was closed. 2. Brandon Tries (tenant); Jean Paul Gagnon (landlord) re: 204 North Champlain Street, Apt 1 Present were Thomas Jamerson, Brandon Tries, Jean-Paul Gagnon. Parties were sworn in. Both parties presented their evidence and testimony. The hearing was closed. The meeting was adjourned at 08:05 PM Joshua Wronski chose to recuse himself from the decision-making process because he was unable to hear the hearings in their entirety due to internet connection issues. The Board deliberated in private.
