Staff present: Hayley McClenahan, Shay Brunvand Meeting called to order at 06:34 PM 1. Michael Allen (tenant); Robert Beauvais (landlord) re: 27 North Street, Burlington, VT Present were Michael Allen, Josh Francis, and Robert Beauvais. Both parties presented their evidence and testimony. The hearing was closed. 2. Robert Langellier, Allison Smith, Nicholas Totten, and Samantha Miller (tenants); Merola Properties (Bissonette Properties) (landlord) re: 24 Monroe Street, Burlington, VT Present were Robert Langellier, Allison Smith, and Stephanie Richard (remote).
