Staff present: Erik Ramakrishnan (remote) and Shay Brunvand Meeting called to order at 06:35 PM 1. Eve Phillips and Benjamin Freier (tenants); Arianna Yakirov (landlord) re: 91 Faith Street, Burlington, VT 05408 Present were Eve Phillips (remote), Benjamin Freier (remote), Arianna Yakirov (remote), Felicia Vacirca (remote), Alex Pintair (remote). Both parties presented their evidence and testimony. The hearing was closed. 2. Alyana (Lynda) Hunt (tenant); Bissonette Properties (landlord) re: 33 Campus Court, Burlington, VT (formerly 3 Handy court) Present were Lynda Hunt (remote) and Stephanie Richard (remote).
