BURLINGTON HOUSING BOARD OF REVIEW Monday, December 1, 2025 6:30 p.m. ** REMOTE and IN PERSON** 645 Pine Street, Front Conference Room OR Remotely via Zoom https://zoom.us/u/a0NkeQ0F0 Minutes Board Members present: Betsy McGavisk (remote) and Don Slish. Olivia Taylor joined remotely during the middle of the hearing. Parties stipulated to having their case heard by only two Board members, and that if a third Board member joined with enough time to add information to the decision, a third member could be part of the decision. Staff present: Shay Brunvand Meeting called to order at 06:31 PM 1. Lawrence and LeClair Inc. (Minimum Housing Appeal) re: 29-33 South Willard Street Present were Joe LeClair, Tim Ahonen, Cara Simoneau, Bill Ward, and Kimberly Sturtevant (remote). Both parties presented their evidence and testimony. The hearing was closed. 2. Carol Tansey (tenant); Burlington Housing Authority (landlord) re: 101 College Street #411, Burlington, VT 05401 Present was Danielle Roy. Only one party appeared, the hearing did not take place. The meeting was adjourned at 07:22 PM The Board deliberated in private.
