Alegra Starks (tenant); Giovanna Yaranga (landlord) re: 273 Shelburne Road Present were Alegra Starks (remote) and Giovanna Yaranga (remote). Both parties presented their evidence and testimony. The hearing was closed. 2. Carol Tansey (tenant); Burlington Housing Authority (landlord) re: 101 College Street #441 Present were Carol Tansey and Danielle Roy (remote). Both parties presented their evidence and testimony. The hearing was closed. 3. James McCauley and Erin Fritz (tenants); Mary-Ellen Brown (landlord) re: 55 Blodgett Street Present were James McCauley, Erin Fritz, and Chris Brown. Both parties presented their evidence and testimony. The hearing was closed. 4. The Board Elected Joshua Wronski to serve as Chair, and Lisa Gerlach to Serve as Vice-Chair 5. Reviewing the request to re-open case HBR-25-53; re: 351 North Ave #224 Present was Jacob Noel. The Board decided that the hearing for HBR-25-53 will be re-opened. The meeting was adjourned at 08:26 PM The Board deliberated in private.
