AGENDA City Council President Traverse called the meeting to order at 10:14 PM. MOTION by Commissioner Shannon, SECOND by Commissioner McKnight, to adopt the agenda. VOTING: unanimous; motion carries. 2. CONSENT AGENDA 2.1 Motion to adopt the consent agenda and take the actions indicated 2.2 2024 Cannabis Renewal: Lucky You, 163-165 Cherry Street – approve and authorize the transmission of local approval of the following local cannabis license renewal to the State Cannabis Control Board, subject to all municipal conditions currently in effect on such local license: Lucky You, 163-165 Cherry Street. MOTION by Commissioner Shannon, SECOND by Commissioner McKnight, to approve the consent agenda and take the actions indicated for items 2.1-2.2. VOTING: 9-1; motion carries (Councilor Litwin dissenting). 3. ADJOURNMENT 3.1 Motion to adjourn The meeting adjourned without objection at 10:15 PM.
