Reparations Task Force Meeting, 5:30PM *Hybrid Meeting* 7/21/2021 The meeting was called to order by Co-Chair Tyeastia at 5:35pm. Members present: Chair Tyeastia Green, Co-Chair Hal Colston Rebecca Zietlow, Christine Hughes, Pablo Bose ; Others present : Vanessa Bonebo, Arby Ghamari, Mairead Collins, Laura Hill, John Collins, Rashad Williams, William Darity Jr, Elise Guyette 1. Agenda. Rebecca Zietlow moved to approve the agenda as presented. Second by Pablo Bose. Unanimous. 2. Minutes. Tyeastia Green moved to approve the minutes of June 17th as presented. Second by Rebecca Zietlow. Unanimous. 3. Public Forum. Member of the public (Rocky) speaks for 2 minutes. Member of the Public Mark Hughes speaks for 2 minutes. 4. Presentation of finalized research questions by REIB Racial Justice Interns (Slide deck attached to public content) to the Task Force, as well as Academics. 5. General committee discussion concerning the research questions. Scholars make plan to review privately, and make clear which questions they have the capacity to take on. Co-Chair Green and Manager Nash, make clear they plan to ask the City Council to extend the date of the study and expand the budget to ensure its completeion. Date and Dollar amount TBD. 6.
