Thursday, June 8, 2023, 4:30 p.m. Sharon Bushor Conference Rm Minutes of the Organizational Meeting Committee Members: Councilors Gene Bergman (GB) Chair; Joan Shannon (JS); Tim Doherty (TD) Opened Meeting at 4:37 p.m. JS move to adopt agenda GB second Agenda voted in Location changed and note on door out front Public forum opened and closed. KN: Requested Committee members to inform him for requests to changes on needs rather than the legal council. KN: spoke on scheduling hearings and historic timings of scheduling hearings. JS: happy to schedule when works for all EXCEPT Tuesdays. TD: arrived via Zoom late to organizational meeting. GB: requests councilors send dates of vacations for summer so we can schedule hearings for April requests. JS: wants some notice send (old one revised by Jared) added to notice of hearing to petitioner GB: Will work with staff on document to send out with notice of hearing. GB: Asked that Jared make any suggested edits to the new notice of hearing and all committee members agreed. KN: explained what he does in process of intake GB: would like deliberations recorded. KN: Recommends reading items sent for committee for meeting date. Move to Adjourn: GB: moves JS: second Meeting ended at 5:11 p.m.
