New Business Items: A. An Ordinance Making Appropriation for All Corporate Purposes for the City of Calumet City for the Fiscal Year Commencing May 1, 2026, and Ending April 30, 2027. This is for posting purposes only. No action is required. B. motion to authorize the City Treasurer to interfund borrow up to $4,000,000 from the 2023 A Bond Fund to pay down some of the unpaid bills including the Hammond Water, City of Chicago Water, Republic Services for refuse and other invoices as needed. Money will be repaid from the loan (bond) proceeds secured either through a private bank placement or bond offering. C. Motion to authorize the Mayor to execute a Release of Lien for a municipal lien that was recorded on January 17, 2024 for the property located at 500 River Oaks Drive, Calumet City, Illinois.
