Consent Agenda The Consent Agenda is a meeting method to make City Council meetings more efficient and meaningful to the members of the audience. All matters listed within the Consent Agenda have been distributed to each member of the Cape Girardeau City Council for reading and study, are considered to be routine, and will be enacted by one motion of the council with no separate discussion. Staff recommends approval of the Consent Agenda. If separate discussion is desired, that item may be removed from the Consent Agenda and placed on the Regular Agenda by request of a member of the City Council. D.1. Approval of the February 2, 2026, Regular Session City Council Minutes. D.2. BILL NO. 26-10, an Ordinance authorizing the Mayor to execute a Memorandum of Understanding with Cape Girardeau County, City of Jackson, and Southeast Missouri State University, regarding a Joint Emergency Operations Center. Second and Third Readings. D.3. BILL NO. 26-11, an Ordinance vacating the City’s interest in a portion of Frederick Street Right-of-Way, in the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri. Second and Third Readings. D.4. BILL NO. 26-13, a Resolution authorizing the City Manager to execute an agreement with Corporate Flight Management, Inc., to Provide Air Carrier Service at the Cape Girardeau Regional Airport .
