Myers Guests: None Prior Meeting Minutes Approved- Hertz, Burnham (5-0) Treasurer’s Report Current Available Balance $69,772.55. Approved. Young, S. Myers (5-0)  Annual check was received in October. Last Meeting Follow-Up  Tabled Requests  TRT Hardware (Petzl Quick Releases) – Approved with TRT Rope below.  Shoe Credit – Tabled until next meeting in order to get in line with calendar year. New Business ■ Purchase of Equipment and Tools o $1700 for TRT Rope and Hardware Requests – Approved – Young, Abbott (5-0) o $500 for Battery Chargers for both Stations – Tabled in order to evaluate need at Station 1. ■ Purchase of Station Furnishings o $13,000 for Cooks Portable Building for Station 2 – Tabled in order to evaluate other cost effective options. o $3,000 for new Station 2 T.V. – Approved – Young, Abbott (5-0) ■ Purchase of Duty Apparel ■ Purchase of Kitchen Furnishings o $500 for Miscellaneous Kitchen Requests for Station 1 and Station 2 – Approved – Abbott, Myers (5-0) ■ Purchase of Fitness Equipment ■ Purchase of Miscellaneous Items o $250 for Four sets of mower blades – Approved – Myers, Abbott  2 o $900 for 2x Stihl Weedeaters and 4x Trimmer Heads – Tabled in order to evaluate need. o $35 for Quick Feed Trimmer Head for Station 1 – Approved – Burnham, Abbott (5-0) o $400 for Pressure Washer for Station 1 – Approved – Young Myers (5-0) o $1,000 to replenish Training Fund for 2023 Reimbursements. Members eligible for $250 per year training reimbursement through 2024.  Discussion and intent to change the Board’s notification process to the public of agendas, meeting minutes, and schedule of annual meetings. – Approved – Young, Myers (5-0).
