INVESTMENT REPORT A) IPOPIF Update on investment portfolio https://www.ipopif.org/reports/article-3-reports/ 8. OLD BUSINESS A) Review and approve Annual Statement, Interrogatories and Audit to be filed with the Illinois Department of Insurance no later than October 30, 2023 (no extensions will be granted by IDOI). Filing must also include copies of Collective Bargaining Agreement, minutes from all meetings, training certificates for all trustees and other required documents. B) Confirm completion of Samuel Tyner’s portability request from Carterville Police Pension Fund to Carbondale Police Pension Fund. C) Review status of Daniel Rice annual disability review. D) Review and approve Trey Harris Decision and Order. E) Discuss election results for new retired Trustee and training requirements. 9. NEW BUSINESS A) Review and approve annual COLA increases, effective January 1, 2024. B) Discuss IPPFA Regional Seminar in Carterville, Illinois on November 14, 2023. C) Discuss and approve setting of 2024 board meeting dates (suggested meeting dates on Tuesdays at 2:00 p.m. (1/16, 4/23 (off rotation due to scheduling conflict), 7/16, 10/15)). D) Review and approve MWM Consulting Actuarial Valuation Report and discuss levy request letter to Municipality. 10. APPLICATION FOR MEMBERSHIP A) Morgan Penrod - Start date 8/21/23. Tier 2 11.
