Approval of the Memorandum of Intent with the US Forestry Service to enter into an agreement to begin to investigate and develop a mutually-beneficial mitigation project on USFS property (Francis Marion National Forest). (DEFERRED) 2. Approval of the Collection Agreement between the City of Charleston and the USDA-Forest Service to enter into a cost sharing agreement to begin to investigate and develop a mutually-beneficial mitigation project on USFS property (Francis Marion National Forest). Mitigation project must be approved by OCRM and USACOE before we can issue bid documents for Phase 3 (Tunneling) of the US17 Spring Fishburne Project. (For information only) 3.
