Approved 10/17, 2014. 3. 4081 Hartland Street – installing 6-foot wooden fence encroaching into drainage easement. This encroachment is temporary. Approved 10/17, 2014. 4. 837 Harbor Woods Circle – installing 6-foot wooden fence encroaching into drainage easement. This encroachment is temporary. Approved 10/17, 2014. 5. 41A George Street – placing two 15”x15” planters and two 54”x12” benches adjacent to shop door encroaching into sidewalk right-of-way. This encroachment is temporary.
