1. Update on Stormwater Policy for grandfathered commercial developments. Report
to be presented at September Public Works & Utilities Committee meeting – staff will
present some options for discussion.
2. Close and Abandon a Portion of Fairchild Street – Close and abandon a portion
of Fairchild Street, Daniel Island, County of Berkeley designated as “RCP 1, 4,899
sq. ft., 0.112 acres conveyed to Parcel 1” on the plat entitled “A Final Subdivision
and Property Line Adjustment Plat of TMS 275-00-00-260 – Daniel Island, Fairchild
Street, owned by DIEC II, LLC, Located in the City of Charleston, Berkeley County,
South Carolina”.
