Stormwater Plan Review Services – Increase in Not to Exceed Fee from $75,000 to $125,000 with Johnson, Lachober & Associates. 2. Stormwater Design Standards Manual – Discussion of February 20th Public Outreach Meeting G. Recommend approval of an Ordinance to amend Chapter 21, Article II of the Code of the City of Charleston by adding a new Section 21-17 that prohibits certain building construction operations during stated hours.
