Consider for approval and authorize the General Manager, or his designee, to effect the settlement of a sewer backup claim for Rita Brooks, 99 Glenwood Avenue, Charleston, West Virginia, in the amount of $21,130.15, resulting from a rain event that occurred on or about April 11, 2024. 2. Consider for approval, and authorize the General Manager, or his designee, to effect the settlement of a sewer backup claim for Mary Watson, 100 Glenwood Avenue, Charleston, West Virginia, in the revised range of $28,169.21 - $34,418.45, as recommended by CSB’s insurer, WVCorp., resulting from a rain event that occurred on or about April 11, 2024. The Board approved a settlement range of $17,398.91- $21,130.15 during its October 10, 2024 Meeting; however,  CHARLESTON SANITARY BOARD OCTOBER 24, 2024 SPECIAL BOARD MEETING NOTICE AND AGENDA, CONTINUED CSB subsequently received a final appraisal report from its insurer along with the suggested, revised settlement range. 3. Consider for approval, and authorize the General Manager, or his designee, to effect the settlement of a sewer backup claim for Corey Zinn, 109 Glenwood Avenue, Charleston, West Virginia, in the range of $18,627.06 - $21,256.46, as recommended by CSB’s insurer, WVCorp., resulting from a rain event that occurred on or about April 11, 2024.
