Consider for approval, and authorize the CSB General Manager, or his designee, to effect the award of a construction contract to Orders Construction Company, Inc. of St. Albans, WV, the lowest responsible bidder, for the Virginia Street Lift Station Improvements Contract 23-3, in the amount of $2,465,930.00, plus $100,000.00 (apprx. 4% of bid amount) of contingency for use at CSB managerial discretion, for a total cost of $2,565,930.00. There was one other bidder, Garney Companies, Inc. of Nashville, Tennessee, with a bid of $3,467,570.00. CSB FYE26 capital budget for this item is $1,800,000.00. II. Consider for approval, and authorize the CSB General Manager, or his designee, to effect the award of a construction contract to Tribute Contracting and Consultants, LLC of South Point, Ohio, the lowest responsible bidder, for the Magazine Branch Sanitary Sewer Improvements Contract 24-1A, in the amount of  CHARLESTON SANITARY BOARD SEPTEMBER 18, 2025 BOARD MEETING NOTICE AND AGENDA, CONTINUED $9,079,464.00, plus $453,973.00 contingency (5% of the contract amount) for use at CSB managerial discretion, for a total of $9,553,437.00. There was one other bidder, RDR Utility Services Group, LLC of Clarksburg, WV, with a bid of $15,329,885.00. III. Adjourn.
