CHARLESTON COLISEUM & CONVENTION CENTER / MUNICIPAL AUDITORIUM BOARD MEETING MINUTES May 2, 2025 at 8:30AM Teams Meeting Members Present: Tim Brady Carrie Fenwick Mary Beth Hoover John Ingram Andrew Jordon Belle Manjong Brad Marple Ben Mishoe Andy Richardson Others Present: Patrick Leahy Andrew Thompson Veronica Ratcliff This special CCCC/MA Board meeting was called to order by Vice Chair Andy Richardson. The purpose of this meeting was to review the recommendation of the Budget and Rates Committee for the 2025-26 fiscal year. Mr. Brady motioned to accept the recommendation of the Budget and Rates Committee and approve the 2025-26 FY budget as presented. Ms. Hoover seconded the motion. Motion approved. Mr. Mishoe stated that the budget would be presented to city council for approval on Monday, May 5, 2025. Meeting adjourned.
