CHARLESTON COLISEUM & CONVENTION CENTER / MUNICIPAL AUDITORIUM BOARD MEETING MINUTES June 17, 2025 at 4:00PM Jordon Board Room Members Present: Tim Brady Carrie Fenwick Mary Beth Hoover John Ingram Andrew Jordon Belle Manjong Brad Marple Ben Mishoe Ronnie Murad Eric Nelson Andy Richardson Chad Robinson Others Present: Patrick Leahy Andrew Thompson Veronica Ratcliff The minutes of the board meeting held on May 2nd were distributed prior to the meeting. Mr. Richardson motioned to accept the minutes as distributed. Mr. Brady seconded the motion. Motion approved. Mr. Jordon gave a report on the Building & Grounds Committee. He stated that the committee had met just prior to the meeting to discuss a capital request from management for six pieces of tri-height stage and guard railing. He explained that there have been several instances recently where we were unable to accommodate client requests due to our not having enough inventory. He stated that it was the recommendation of the committee to approve the request in the amount of $24,518.76. Mr. Brady motioned to accept the recommendation of the committee and approve the purchase of the stage and railing. Mr. Robinson seconded the motion. Motion approved. Ms. Tinney gave a financial report for April and May 2025, stating that for the second year in a row no operational subsidy will be required. After a brief discussion Mr. Richardson motioned to accept and file the financial report as distributed. Ms. Hoover seconded the motion. Motion approved. Mr. Leahy presented his venue report for April and May 2025. Meeting adjourned.
