CHARLESTON COLISEUM & CONVENTION CENTER / MUNICIPAL AUDITORIUM BOARD MEETING MINUTES March 24, 2026 at 4:00PM Jordon Board Room Members Present: Bonnie Ball Carrie Fenwick Mary Beth Hoover John Ingram Andrew Jordon Belle Manjong Brad Marple Ben Mishoe Ronnie Murad Eric Nelson Andy Richardson Chad Robinson Tessa White Others Present: Patrick Leahy Andrew Thompson Betty Tinney Matthew Sutton Shura Garnett Doug Higgons The minutes of the Board meeting held on February 24, 2026, were distributed prior to the meeting. Mr. Richardson motioned to accept the minutes as distributed. Mr. Robinson seconded the motion. Motion approved. Mr. Jordon presented the Building & Grounds Committee report. He stated that the committee met to discuss two capital purchase requests from management. He reported that management requested the purchase of a walk-behind floor scrubber for $14,808.00. Management also requested approximately $57,000 to purchase new tables. Mr. Jordon stated that it was the committee’s recommendation to approve both purchases. Ms. Hoover motioned to accept the committee’s recommendation. Mr. Ingram seconded the motion. Motion approved. Mr. Nelson presented the financial report for February 2026. Following a brief discussion, Mr. Nelson motioned to accept and file the financial report as distributed. Ms. White seconded the motion. Motion approved. Mr. Leahy presented the venue report for February 2026. The next meeting will be held on April 28, 2026. The meeting was adjourned.
