Public Meeting The City of Charleston/ Mayor’s Office of Economic and Community Development (MOECD) will be holding its final CDBG public meeting as it develops the City’s 2019-20 Annual Action Plan to guide the allocation of Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and HOME funds, consistent with the City’s 2015-2019 Consolidated Plan. Thursday, March 21, 2019 6:00-7:30 p.m. Martin Luther King Community Center, 314 Donnally Street, Charleston, WV An allocation of nearly $1.8 million may be available to the City for CDBG and HOME activities. The City will allocate some of its CDBG funds to non-profit agencies for activities that benefit low and moderate-income people. MOECD will publish the City’s proposed 2019-20 Annual Action Plan project list in March 2019 and make the plan available for 30-day comment and review period.
