Charleston Public Art Commission (PAC) Thursday, Sept. 11, 2025 4:00 p.m. City Service Center MINUTES Attending: Kay Goodwin, Mark Davis, Caitlyn Cook, James Yost, Elizabeth Keightley, and Jeff Pierson, Public Art Director Keeley Steele, Chair, called the meeting to order at 4:03 p.m. and established that a quorum was present. Jeff Pierson, Public Art Director, provided a very thorough report consisting of: • 2025 Completed Public Art projects • Public Art projects in progress • Upcoming Public Art projects • Working Public Art project concepts to be executed • Public Art project concepts to be considered • Public Art miscellaneous It was noted that Dwayne Duncan and Newman Jackson resigned from the Public Art Commission.
