CALL TO ORDER
The City Council of the City of Charlotte, North Carolina convened for a Zoning
Meeting on Monday, October 1, 2018 at 5:48 p.m. in the Meeting Chamber of the
Charlotte Mecklenburg Government Center with Mayor Vi Lyles presiding.
