ADJOURNMENT The Parks and Recreation Citizen Advisory Committee (PRACAC) is an advisory committee composed of Chesterfield citizens under the general direction of the Director of Parks, Recreation & Arts. This advisory committee routinely meets independently and discusses issues which have not been authorized or directed by the City of Chesterfield. They are not authorized to act or express positions on behalf of the City of Chesterfield. The PRACAC does not reflect any official position, opinions, or actions of the City of Chesterfield. Committee agendas are for the sole convenience of the members of the respective committee. Any publication of meeting notices, minutes, or agendas is for the convenience of the Committee. This advisory committee membership does not include any elected officials and has no legislative authority. The Parks, Recreation and Arts Citizens Advisory Committee will consider and act upon the matters listed above, and such other matters as may be presented at the meeting and determined to be appropriate for discussion at that time.
