in the Que Linda Program Administered by the New Mexico Department of Transportation,
and Acceptance of a Que Linda Grant from the New Mexico Department of Transportation
in the Amount of $200,000 Claire Burroughes, Assistant City Manager.
2. Request for Approval of Quote from K. Barnett and Sons to Remove Median on Texas
Street, Justin Howalt, City Manager.
3. Request for Approval of Renewal of Memorandum of Understanding between the City of
Clovis and Nurstead Consulting Services for a Mobile Crisis Response Team, Claire
Burroughes.
4. Request for Approval of Noise Variance from 9:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m., Saturday, September 6,
2025 at 108 N. Davis for the 2025 Our Lady of Guadalupe Fiesta, Veronica Apodaca, Our

5. Request for Approval of New Mexico Capital Outlay Grant Agreement Number 25-J2920 in
the Amount of $500,000 for the Clovis Animal Shelter Located at 516 Ash Street, Claire

6. Request for Approval of New Mexico Capital Outlay Grant Agreement Number 25-J922 in
the Amount of $250,000 for Improvements at the Clovis Police Department, located at 320
N. Connelly Street, Claire Burroughes, Assistant City Manager.
7. Request for Approval of New Mexico Capital Outlay Grant Agreement Number 25-J2923 in
the Amount of $200,000 for Residential Street Lighting, Claire Burroughes, Assistant City
Manager.
8. Request for Approval of New Mexico Capital Outlay Grant Agreement Number 25-J2925 in
the Amount of $225,000 for Public Art, Sidewalk Amenities Seating and Signage on Main
