City of Columbia, Missouri Meeting Minutes Board of Adjustment Tuesday, February 9, 2016 Conference Room 1C Work Session Columbia City Hall 7:00 PM 701 E. Broadway I. TRAINING Attachments: PowerPoint Presentation The work session began at approximately 7:00 p.m. Those members attending included Fred Carroz, Janet Hammen, Martha John, Philip Clithero, Rex Campbell, and Paul Girouard. Also attending were the Deputy City Clerk, Megan Eldridge, Community Development Director, Tim Teddy (arrived at 7:07 p.m.), Building and Site Development Manager, Shane Creech, Building Regulations Supervisor, John Simon, and Assistant City Counselor, Ryan Moehlman. Mr. Moehlman introduced himself and explained in his position as Assistant City Counselor and noted that he worked with the Planning and Zoning Commission as well as the Board of Adjustment. Mr. Moehlman began his PowerPoint presentation regarding the Board of Adjustment and their authority, duties, meeting procedures, and variances, which is attached to the minutes.
