CALL TO ORDER The meeting was called to order at 8:05 a.m. Present: Jay Hasheider, Dick Parker III. APPROVAL OF AGENDA Agenda was approved IV. APPROVAL OF MINUTES Minutes were approved as written. Attachments: Meeting Minutes Draft 11 21 17 Sub Committee VII. OLD BUSINESS a) Net Metering Terminology Discussion was made of terms that are importance to the net metering discussion. Terms were identified and preliminary explanations of the terms were made. Jay will provide a refined draft of these terms to the WL Advisory Board at their next meeting and to staff for use in the next sub-committee meeting. b) Net Metering Accounting, Points of Discussion with Staff Next sub-committee meeting will be with staff with the purposes of discussing the list of net metering terminology and where points of agreement and disagreement exist between the staff and Sub-committee. A preliminary list of discussion points will be provided to the WLAB and to staff at the WLAB meeting on November 6. X. GENERAL COMMENTS BY PUBLIC, MEMBERS AND STAFF No comments. XII.
