CALL TO ORDER
The Columbia Council Legislative Committee conducted a meeting on Tuesday, September 26,
2023 at City Hall (Mayor's Conference Room), 1737 Main Street, Columbia, SC 29201. The
Honorable Daniel J. Rickenmann, Mayor called the meeting to order at 3:35 p.m.

Upon a motion made by Mr. Brennan and seconded by Dr. Bussells, committee members voted
