He opened the floor for nominations for President Pro Tem of Council. Council Member Emmanuel V. Remy moved that Council Member Rob Dorans be appointed President Pro Tem of Columbus City Council. Council President asked if there are any other nominations for President Pro Tem of City Council. There were none. Council President closed the floor for nominations and asked the Clerk to call the roll by voice on the nomination of Rob Dorans. President Hardin congratulated, President Pro Tem Dorans.
