A motion was made by Tyson, seconded by Tavares, that this matter be Approved. The motion carried by the following vote: Affirmative: 7- Eileen Paley, A. Troy Miller, Hearcel Craig, Priscilla Tyson, Andrew Ginther, Charleta Tavares, and Michael Mentel 1562-2008 To rezone 965 BETHEL ROAD (43214), being 0.45± acres located on the south side of Bethel Road, 250± feet west of Jasonway Avenue, From: R, Rural District, To: CPD, Commercial Planned Development District (Rezoning # Z07-034). A motion was made by Tyson, seconded by Tavares, that this matter be Taken from the Table. The motion carried by the following vote: Abstained: 1- Michael Mentel Affirmative: 6- Eileen Paley, A.
